HOTEL FIGUEROA

Established in 1926 by the YWCA, Hotel Figueroa is a favorite downtown Los Angeles haunt—emphasis on the haunt. Although parts of the hotel, including the rooms, have been renovated, other spaces like the hallways remain untouched. It’s a study in contrasts: beautifully renovated rooms, dark and eerie corridors. Fittingly so, the Hotel Figueroa is rumored to be haunted, with guests reporting paranormal experiences.
